A long list of additional businesses can now access the Manitoba Bridge Grant.
The province announced on Dec. 8, 2020 that small businesses owners who operate out of their homes or don’t have a storefront can now qualify for the program.
Many business owners, such as photographers, artists, event planners, florists, and others were left out initially, despite having to shut down because of public health orders.
The grant provides up to $5,000 upfront to businesses and not-for-profits who had to cease operations because of the pandemic.
